Injectable FAQs

How long do Botox and Dysport last?

Typically 3–4 months, depending on metabolism, lifestyle, and treatment area. 

When will I see results?

• Botox/Dysport: 3–5 days, full results at 10–14 days
• Filler: immediately, with full settling after 2 weeks
• Sculptra: gradual improvement over 6–12 weeks 

Will my results look natural?

Yes — our approach is always subtle and balanced. You’ll look refreshed, not “done.” 

Does it hurt?

Most clients feel minimal discomfort. We use advanced techniques and numbing to keep treatments comfortable. 

Are there side effects?

Common, mild side effects include swelling, redness, and tenderness. These resolve quickly. Bruising is possible with any injectable. 

Filler FAQs

How long does filler last?

Depending on the area and product: 9–18 months. Sculptra lasts even longer as it stimulates collagen. 

Will I look overfilled?

Never.
We specialize in natural, balanced enhancement, respecting your anatomy and keeping results elegant. 

What should I avoid before filler?

Alcohol, blood thinners (if medically appropriate to pause), dental work 2 weeks before/after, and strenuous exercise on the day of treatment. 

Skin Treatment FAQs

Does microneedling hurt?

We apply numbing first. Most clients describe it as a mild scratchy sensation. 

How many microneedling sessions do I need?

Most clients benefit from a series of 3–6, spaced 4–6 weeks apart.

When will I start peeling after a VI Peel?

Most people begin peeling around day 3, with full shedding by day 7. 

Can I wear makeup after microneedling or a peel?

After microneedling: wait 24 hours
After VI Peel: wait until peeling is complete 

What does it mean if I don't peel after a VI Peel?

It's actually very normal for some clients not to visibly peel after a VI Peel - and it does NOT mean the peel didn't work.


Common Reasons You May Not Peel


1. Your skin is already well-exfoliated

If you regularly use retinol, exfoliants, or receive treatments, your skin may have less surface buildup to shed.


2. You have thicker or more resilient skin

Some skin types peel less on the surface but still experience deep cell turnover underneath.


3. Hydration levels

Well-hydrated or oily skin may shed in smaller, less noticeable flakes instead of larger sheets


4. The peel was absorbed deeper.

Some people experience "invisible peeling" - meaning the exfoliation happens at a cellular level, not at the surface.


Does no peeling mean the peel didn't work?

No - results do NOT depend on visible peeling. A VI Peel stimulates collagen, brightens pigmentation and improves texture regardless of whether you peel on the surface. 


Clients often notice benefits such as:

IV Therapy & Wellness FAQs

How long does an IV infusion take?

Most IV sessions take 30–60 minutes, depending on the blend. 

How often can I get IV therapy?

This depends on your goals —
• Hydration/energy: weekly or biweekly
• Immunity: as needed
• Wellness maintenance: monthly 

Do IVs hurt?

You may feel a quick pinch with the IV start, but most clients find it comfortable. 

Membership FAQs

What does the $100 monthly credit cover?

Any service or retail item — injectables, skincare, IV therapy, peels, etc. 

Do credits roll over?

Yes! Credits roll over as long as your membership is active. 

Can I combine credits?

Absolutely. Many clients stack credits for larger treatments like filler or Sculptra. 

How do I cancel?

You may cancel anytime with 30 days’ notice. 

Payment & Financing FAQs

Do you accept CareCredit or Cherry?

Yes! We offer both Cherry and CareCredit for flexible monthly payments. 

What forms of payment do you accept?

All major credit cards, debit cards, and contactless payments. 

General FAQs

How far in advance should I book?

Injectable appointments fill quickly — we recommend booking 2–3 weeks in advance when possible. 

Can I message the office with questions?

Yes! You can call, email, or message us on social media with any questions before or after treatment.
