Cancellation Policy

We understand life happens. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us at least 24 hours before your appointment.

Late cancellations or missed appointments may result in a standard cancellation fee.

Late Arrival Policy

To ensure the best possible care for every client:

• Arrivals more than 10 minutes late may need to be rescheduled.
• If you are running behind, please call us — we will do our best to accommodate if possible.

Refund Policy

Because aesthetic results vary by individual, treatment purchases are non-refundable.

Retail skincare products may be returned unopened within 14 days of purchase.

Medical Disclosure Policy

For your safety, all clients must complete:

• Medical history
• Medication list
• Allergies
• Contraindications
• Pregnancy/breastfeeding status

This ensures your treatment is appropriate and safe.

Photography Policy

Before & after photos may be required to document progress and treatment outcomes. Photos are kept confidential unless you provide written permission for marketing use.
